As Artex is applied by hand, there will be some variation when repairing a ceiling or wall when trying to match an existing pattern.
Most properties that were built up to the year 1990 (this is a guide only) that have the original artexed ceilings and walls will more than likely contain white asbestos in the formula. We work very closely with a Worthing-based, fully licenced and insured Asbestos removal firm to assist in complete removal of Artex. Full certification of findings / removal will be issued on completion.
